So between the two Drake models there are 5 flush models, and the other 10 are used for the transitional Drake-An-Drake eco-model. Don’t worry about the word “transitional”, you can think of them as Drake eco-toilets. The difference is the presence of a water tank, which will add convenience to your bathroom or pantry.

If you look at the useful, environmental transition as a whole, it’s just the flush volume of each of these five models. So it’s up to you to decide which flush volume you prefer, and then choose five models. But if you change your mind, each model has its own equivalent, corresponding to a different model range.

Now let’s get specific in two steps – define the flushing capacity, and then zero in on the desired model. When you figure out all the features, you’ll have a clearer idea of what to choose in the next section.

Regardless of which upgrade feature you decided to use, it’s time to dig deeper into the specific model with the appropriate features that are right for you.

These are all the features that make every Drake toilet unique:

Every Drake family has a round bowl model. So whether you choose a 1.6 gallon per foot flush volume or a 1.28 gallon per foot flush volume, you can choose a toilet bowl with a round bowl. The other models are elongated bowls.

Length is the only difference in size.

The round bowl is 2 inches shorter (front to back dimensions), and the rest of the parameters are virtually the same. At just over 26 inches long, the round bowl is a great size toilet for any small room that meets minimum space requirements.

Genoa Offset Flange Adjustable Ring, 4″ x 3.

If you find that the 12-inch model suits you better, You can also use a compensating flange to compensate for the 10-inch roughness in your DRAKE.

All other models have the standard 12-inch pass-through treatment.

Do you prefer toilets with a high sink? Or is the normal height enough?

Toilets with a high sink

There are only two models with universal heights (or more commonly referred to as comfort heights), and the remaining models have a standard bowl height of 15 inches.

One of the two universal-height models belongs to one that has just a 10-inch primitive toilet. So, if you like a tall bowl, you have a short and thick one, and that will work for you. However, if you need a round bowl (perhaps due to lack of space), regardless of its size, you’ll need a regular-height bowl. You can also use a two-inch seat to restore lost height.

Drake and Eco Drake toilets use two flushing systems: G Maxande & Maxe. Technically, it is the same flushing system, as the flushing valves use conventional chains and baffles. The most important aspect is the opening of the valve and the direction of water, including in the sink, in which actually occurs removal of waste and cleaning the bowl itself.

Toilet flush system

Drain system

The diameter of the valve is 3 inches, which allows more water to flow from the tank into the bowl. Flow rate and water volume are important for simultaneous removal of solid waste and cleaning of the filter bowl. The all-glass drain channel is 2-1 / 8 inches in size and has a larger offset than the 2-inch industry standard.

Consequently, there is no question that if you want a clean flush every time, this is a tough flusher to rely on.

Any dirt or debris on the very smooth surface of the bowl can be easily washed away.

All Drake and Eco Drake models have a large water surface of approximately 10-1/4″ x 8-1/2″. This feature is great for reducing bowl divots and slippage.

In addition, because of the large surface area, it also means that there is a significant amount of water in the bowl to help drain the waste. When the siphon is activated in the drain, the basin provides the initial driving force to move the waste through the drain. Thus, it does not speed rely on fast water flowing from the water tank to push the material out of the bowl.

The volume of water in the bowl is directly related to the entire g-max or e-max flushing system. If the bowl volume is insufficient, it will affect the overall flushing efficiency. You can experiment, for example, by lowering the water level in the pan (with a sponge) and see how this affects the flush quality.

These two basic models are standard toilets without any special features. They are round and elongated bowl models, with a standard height of 15 inches, a thickness of 12 inches, and a regular bowl glaze.
The round bowl model is a standard two-piece toilet with a round front and gravity drain. The basic idea is to provide compactness for small rooms with standard dimensions.

So, there are by five models in each of the Drake, Eco Drake and Eco Drake Transition series.
That’s not to say that these five models are all-inclusive for universal satisfaction, but they should be enough to meet the needs of most people without any adjustments. In addition, there are some additional features: such as bolt-on covers, an insulated drain tank (to prevent fogging of the drain tank) and right-hand levers on some models.

Given the growing demand for small toilets today, it would be better if they also offered round bowls of comfortable height or standard Drake toilets 10 inches thick. This would make some people with disabilities who have a small bathroom or restroom happier.

There is nothing special about installing this Drake or Eco Drake toilet. This means that if you are good at various home repair jobs, you can install it yourself.

Decided on the flush volume and choice of your TOTO DRAKE.

  1. The flushing capacity is 1.28 gallons per foot and 1.0 gallons per foot, and the flushing capacity is equivalent to the original drainage pipe and the environmental drainage pipe.
  2. The flushing system used is the legendary TOTO “Tornado” flushing system.
  3. Powerful and very effective cleaning inside the bowl.
  4. The frameless design makes it easy to keep the bowl clean.
  5. Models have a comfortable standard bowl height.

Well, all 15 Drake and Eco Drake models of the powerful two-piece toilet series. Although they are mostly built, they still provide a high flushing efficiency compared to some high-end models. Choosing the right Drake toilet depends solely on your preferences.

First you need to decide what flush power you prefer, and then choose the flush power according to your wishes.

So if you want to replace your existing toilet bowl, buy a toto-drake toilet bowl. It’s probably the best decision you’ll ever make.
